SPECIAL SALES : Herd Dispersals, breed promotions, farm sales are Exempt from the commission rates above.  The management and Consignor will negotiate terms that are agreeable to both parties. 

Commission rates are based on the final sale price of lots.  All cattle Sold are subject to $1/head beef promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.Everything sold “As is, Where is”. Inspect any items before you bid on them.

2.Highest bidder is acknowledged when the Auctioneer drops hammer. High Bidder will be acknowledged by Buyer Number and you need a buyers’ number in order to bid on any items.

3.Reserves, This Auction is with or without reserves.  In the event of a lot with reserve the Auctioneer will state so at time of sale.

4.Absentee bids are accepted and bid competitively by the Auctioneer.

5.A sales tax in the amount of 5 % will be assessed to applicable purchases, unless you have a valid resale certificate on file with the Auctioneer. There is no sales tax charged on livestock.

6.The Auctioneer reserves the right to bid, as do the employees of CLARK LIVESTOCK AUCTION.

7.This Auction is conducted under the Uniform Commercial Code, title 11, section 2-328.

8.Acceptance of your buyers’ number constitutes an acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.

9.All Purchases are to paid for before removal from the premises, Cash or good check are acceptable means of payment.
